Somehow: Thoughts on Love

Exploring the power of love in our lives, my favorite writer delivers another offering of perfection in her twentieth book. No one has the perspective, wry humor, and ability to make me laugh out loud, feel part of something rather than 'other,' and generally want to be a better person than this lovely lady here. Anne Lamott is a national treasure, and if everyone read her books, I'm pretty sure the United States would climb back into the top 20 in the World Happiness Rankings. I know I fee dusted off and set back on my feet again after reading and re-reading each one. In 'Somehow: Thoughts on Love,' I made so many notes and underlined countless sentences to tattoo them on the inside of my forehead.
